I went to Chapa Grill last week to get a gift certificate and found out that Kim and Neca aren't there anymore? Does anyone know what happened? Owner was not really forthcoming with information. I'm disappointed because that was the closest Portuguese food (besides my mom's) that was closest to us (we live in Saginaw).

Paul, I have not heard back but last i heard they were looking at opening up a new place. I will keep my fingers crossed for this to happen.

We live not far from saginaw, and loved it when the cafe was on boat club. Chappa was the next best thing, but without kim and neca its just another place.
